Prices and Costs

A long-term language course is usually cheaper than an intensive course. The most prestigious universities offer the best, but also the most expensive language courses.

  • Vacation course: Do you want to improve your English while getting to know Australia? This is what the vacation courses are for! The classes are usually only in the mornings and centered around different class activities.
  • Intensive course: Intensive courses are usually designed for adults interested in taking after-work classes. The classes are held in small groups and are business oriented, with about 30 hours per week.
  • Private classes: These are the most intensive language classes you can take. The classes are more personal and more flexible, guaranteeing the best learning success. However, these classes are also much more expensive than any other type of language course.
  • General English: English for Tourism, English for Academic Purposes / University Entrance, English for Business, Preparation for English Proficiency Tests, "Test of English as a Foreign Language" (TOEFL), "International English Language Testing System" (IELTS)


Language Certificates

When applying to colleges or for a job, language certificates can be very useful. The best known certificate is the Cambridge certificate (First Certificate FCE, Certificate in Advanced English CAE & Proficiency Certificate CPE).


You can take the FCE exam in March, June or December, and the CAE and CPE exams in June or December.
